Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 23, 2026. This policy describes how Nodus, Inc. handles personal information.

What we collect

Account data (name, email, company), API authentication metadata, billing contacts, workload metadata (status, spend, routing summaries), and operational logs needed to run the control plane.

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, bill for usage, communicate about your account, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Processors

We use infrastructure and payment processors (for example cloud hosts and Stripe when enabled). Workload execution may run on capacity we operate or on opaque wholesale supply under our catalog.

Retention

We retain account, ledger, and audit records as required for operations, security, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of account data subject to those obligations.
